Other computers with Win 7 are woking at the same ethernet cable. I updated the driver but I was just able to find a driver for Win 8. The problem is not internet speed.
Are you referring af8152 internet speed? How can I use my gigabyte connection?
I tried the compatibilty mode for Win 8 and Win 7, I deinstalled the driver and tried every variation. I went looking for the ‘setup file’ for the driver and all I was able to locate was the driver itself which is in ‘C: Could you suggest where one might find this setup file?

Did this solve your problem? You’re probably getting this connection speed from the icon at your task tray, correct? Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down ra8152.
