As long as the software is run in compatibility labelmanaager We recommend for Windows 7 then you should not encounter any other problems with the Dymo Label Software. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
Dear PikeGER, The problem you are experiencing can be caused due to a bad driver or a problem with the USB connection, in order to verify exactly where the problem starts please see the following article from Microsoft on how to open the Device Manager Once in there, please verify if you are able to locate the Dymo printer under either “Other Devices” or “Universal Serial Bus Controller”. I am also very happy to hear that your problem got resolved and that it is printing the way it should, you and everyone else are very welcome to get in touch with us again should there be any windkws issues.

This thread is locked. Check if issue persists. This site in other languages x. If the issue persists, I suggest you to download the driver from the manufactures website and install it in compatibility mode and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

We are working on resolving this issue so that it will not be necessary anymore but until then this will get you up and running. Is there a Win10 driver coming soon? Obviously a Dymo issue and not a Microsoft issue.
